PositiveNo in room 1 bdrm washer dryers. Plus instead of buidling sectioned off to shorter walking to activities ect. Large beautiful complex warm loving staff. Not designed parking lots without a long-distance trek. Staff very thoughtful.

We founds things were slow coming after move in. Keys, name tags, work orders for maintenance, etc. The food is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful but don't always know what one or another is doing. It has been a learning curve.

CriticalWe took a virtual tour of a cottage, which is approximately 1300 sf with a one car attached garage. —We found the cottage to be laid out nicely and pricing to be reasonable. —There’s no patio or way to back of cottage without going around buildings. —The front porch is reasonable for sitting outside. We really just panned the outdoor space; but we’re told there’s ample walking paths, as well as indoor walking in inclement weather.

My mother likes Brookdale Foundation House. She thinks the staff is very friendly. It seems to meet all her needs so far. She's not happy about having to move out of her home, but she'll get over that. Basically, everything's fine. She thinks the food could be better. My interaction with the staff has been good.
