It is a very friendly staff always ready to help. Room is always clean and the size is a little small but adequate. Outside a great place to sit and socialize.

Overall it's nice community, with caring , positive staff that are always willing to help.

My mother-in-law chooses not to go to the dinning hall to eat. The staff have all been great in trying to get her to participate in activities but my mother-in-law is very anti-social and likes to be by herself. She has always been this way through out the years. We have no complaints about anything! I would most definitely recommend Brookdale to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Brookdale Great Bend was a very nice and very clean place. The rooms were very nice, and the people in there were very pleasant. The nurses were very nice and pleasant to speak with. They just had a great attitude. I saw some residents sitting at tables playing cards. Some of the ladies were either watching television or sitting there chit-chatting together.

We toured Brookdale Great Bend. The tour was very informative. It was very clean and very homey. It was our favorite place that we had looked at. They have a beauty shop and a PT room. There's a puzzle table, and there's entertainment there to keep everybody busy. The staff during our tour all seemed very friendly and very pleasant. However, it was to lockdown.

I toured this community and it was a nice place. Very clean facility and friendly staff. It did seem like the Value for Cost wasn't as good.

A good, safe place.

It's a very pleasant place - simply the way the whole setup is done. They have a beautiful outdoor patio with trees, lawns, grass, and it's completely enclosed. The employees that I meet and work with are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restrictions on visiting right now due to the pandemic. For instance, I'm not allowed in my friend's room. She's a very picky eater, but she tells me the food is good. The activities seem rather limited, and many of the activities seem to be geared more towards women t…
