Brookdale Highlands Ranch

[name removed] conducted the tour of the full facility, and he was gracious, very informative, and was clearly comfortable in his role. The residents knew him, the facility staff was respectful and welcoming, and the place was spotless. Absolutely set the standard for the rest of the retirement villages that the family as toured over the past 3 weeks.

I toured Brookdale Highlands Ranch. It's a very lovely place. Nice people. I was quite impressed with it. They have large windows in all the rooms and in the common areas to look out. It had a beautiful view of all the Front Range. It was on a high point. I met with Carla, and she was very willing to listen to what our situation was and so forth. She gave us a tour, and she took time. I didn't feel hurried at all. We saw a lot of the residents up and around participating in activities. I had some question…

A very nice and clean facility, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Residents were happy and relaxed, the facility has a lot of good activities

Peace of mind!

I believe that the staff and care has improved since last March. They have always provided good care to my mom but now it seems they go above and beyond. So much so that she believes she works in the dining room and they let her set the tables for meals and assist when she asks.

Friendly, kind, thoughtful cheerful.
