Staff is friendly. Had to ask numerous time over a couple week period to clean his toilet of blood and crap the was on it. His room appears to be smaller than others and nobody told me the rooms were not furnished with anything. They had a bed and dresser they were able to set up in his room. I still have his lift chair I want to bring down just don't know if it is going to fit.

Brookdale La Crosse was very nice. It was good. Actually, they have a person who lives there that we were friends with. Nevertheless, we don't want to go there because we have a very nice home, and I am 100% caregiver for my wife. The staff members were fine, though. Everything was fine with the cleanliness.

I toured Brookdale La Crosse. Primarily, I could bring my dog. The living space is adequate. The facility is very clean, neat, and orderly. The woman who I took a tour with didn't seem to know much. I was very disappointed. I had to ask her to find someone to let me see a room. She was reluctant to do so. She didn't know the cost.

I was very impressed with the way Brookdale La Crosse looked. It looked warm and inviting and the people I met there were very caring and understanding. It was a place that I would like to live. I liked the way they talked and how they were trying to meet my mother's needs. It's one of the better places I've seen. Everyone seemed to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend somebody to go there and look. The facility was very nice.

Mom moved into Brookdale La Crosse. It was very good, she was only there a little over a week before she passed. We didn't get to know it too well, but they were very, very friendly and very good to her. She ate there, she thought it was wonderful. She thought it was very good. It was very expensive but very nice. Her room was nice, it's just a one-bedroom with a bath, plenty of room to get all the stuff that we needed in there for her. It wasn't crowded, she was able to walk around, and everything, …

Brookdale La Crosse was warm, and they were friendly people. The rooms appeared to be clean. I noticed the residents that I encountered, they all seemed to be happy, which was important to me. I did like the way it was set up and it had a lot of outdoors. The facility itself was quite nice; however, it was on the expensive side, so I swayed away from that.
