Could not be happier

I could not have found a better place. The staff is wonderful very helpful and always smiling. The care is wonderful my Mother fell in her room and she had an alert necklace on and they responded immediately. Activities are awesome My mother is doing more than before. Food is good I have personally eaten there my self. She lives in a 1 bedroom apt that is very spacious The bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed, nightstand and a large dresser. The living room hold a full size couch and a recliner.

Very friendly people live here and work here. Pretty building. I got to eat lunch and was surprised by the salad bar and food.

The building was very clean and inviting! Everyone had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed like they loved what they do and cared for the residents! I ate lunch there and the food was wonderful and had a salad bar which is a bonus! The atmosphere there is like no other! There was also live music on the stairs while I was there. Great experience and would highly recommend!

The tour at Brookdale Medi Park West was good, and the staff was personable, but the price was higher than what we got at the other place. The facility was excellent. The staff was good. The food was OK. It was a pulled pork sandwich, and it was kind of dry, but it's probably different from other things.

residents and workers makes the difference

The residents here are exceptionally kind and welcoming and loving. Most of the workers are also. There is a great sense of community. The food is pretty good and you couldn't ask for better activity Director. Upper level management is lacking in integrity. They say that they will do things that they have no intention of doing whatsoever. The maintenance/ housekeeping, supervisor treat the residents and housekeeping staff terrible.
