Our experience

the facility was very nice and the entertainment was very good, they had regular outings once or twice a week. The main areas that were not good were the quality of care to include medication management, and the billing. The billing was very poor and the quality of care was a challenge and required a lot of communication from my family over concerns. I'm torn on whether to recommend. Some people and services there were great, but other areas really lacking. I probably wouldn't take her back there.

Mom has a large, beautiful room, and the entire place is extremely clean. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful!

I think there should be more core staff available on weekends. Overall, they have been very good working with him. Everyone is pleasant and kind toward the residents. I think he is in a good place. Also, it's very clean and I never detect a urine smell.

My mom loves this place

The sales rep gave me all the information I needed along with virtual and in-person tours to make an informed decision. She even made two short videos that I could send to my Mom and my sister and brother so they could see what the place is like. I asked my Mom what she thought about Brookdale. She said… I think it’s great. When it’s meal time, they come and get me plus walk with me to the lunch room. Those who are in wheelchairs, the nurses and aids come and get them and walk with them.
