I am very impressed with the staff at Brookdale. They make sure the patients are taken care of yo the best of their ability. The activity directors are very helpful and they have a great understanding of the patients.

They were very nice. They interacted well with the residents. The rooms were a good arrangement. Everything looked clean. The outdoor area was very nice and the residents had easy access to it.

The staff, activity director, activities, food/dining is wonderful. [name removed] is doing great! Everything about his room is always clean. I know it's hard to get all the washing done for each patient is tough. Last time I was there [name removed] and I went and washed his clothes. It was a good outing for him.

They have private and semi private rooms. We got a 1/3 off deal moving in for [fee removed]/mo

5's across the board. Maybe my favorite thing for [name removed] is- we had a nice room big enough for his furniture. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Wouldn't recommend. Food is awful no private shower and the care is lacking.

The rooms are ample size with 2 closets and the bathroom has a separate shower with plenty of grab bars. However, there is no housekeeping department. My mother’s room hasn’t been cleaned in the 6 months she’s been there. I’ve had to request her bathroom be cleaned on multiple occasions and they do not keep toilet paper or paper towels stocked. I’ve had to request toilet paper multiple times. She is not encouraged to engage in activities and she is left to sleep all day with the majority of meals brought to her roo…
