My mother-in-law moved to Brookdale North Fremont. I really like it. I highly recommend that place. It's a small 20-room community, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. What I really liked about it is that it wasn't a huge place. It was small and intimate, and the staff was wonderful. They called everyone by their first name. They greeted other residents as they were giving us the tour. There's always something going on. They have a set schedule, breakfast at 8:00, lunch at noon, and dinner at 5:00…

The staff are all warm and friendly and loving and kind . My mom loves the food. That's the one thing she always says about this place. The room is large. We have a private room.

It's expensive for sure but my mom is peaceful and engaged and staff are super friendly and attentive. They meet the residents where they are and customize their care to make them feel safe and at home.

The facility focus and experience in demen. care, location proximity to family members, smaller size and manageable layout of facility living area seemed appropriate. At times there were some staff changes that temporarily left understaffed to those positions, but later resolved. that may be goes with territory.

PositiveA good place for my husband
It took a long time to find the right place for my 72 year old husband who was recently diagnosed with dementia. Because I live in a different state than him it was even more difficult. Brookdale was wonderful to work with me over the phone, and with emails and texts. I like that Brookdale is small and is for memory care only. I appreciate that he will not have to leave for dental, doctor, even haircuts. Everything is done at Brookdale with mobile dentist and doctor.
