The staff has been terrific. My family couldn’t be happier with the care my mom has received. I know that she is clean, safe and well taken care of. Despite the stress that comes with a move of a loved one they made it pain free by answering our questions and calming our fears. Thank you for the opportunity to weigh in.

Communication from the team is horrible. They don't call back or follow up from questions unless they are the ones that need information. They increased pricing on care services without notice. When I told them no one notified me, I was told they couldn't reach me. No one called me and once something is invoiced, they won't remove it. They make you pay and then will credit the next month. PositiveFriendly & very helpful staff from beginning to end
Our overall experience with having my mother-in-law at Brookdale is a complete 5 stars. From the beginning working with Arlene to all the staff that helped on moving Day and her afternoon shift nurses were all so pleasant. The receptionist was as pleasant you feel like you're walking into someone's house. I have shared my happy reviews with many family members and Friends and I will be sending referrals.
