I chose Brookdale Redmond for my mother-in-law because it is closer to home, and they seem to be extremely compassionate with their patients. The gentleman that we spoke to was Joe, and the patients that were there all went out of their way to say hi and were friendly with him. At every single point in time, he said that they can contact him for any type of assistance, whether they want a snack or they need help going somewhere. To me, that was really good. They were not told of our visit ahead of time so we waited over 1/2 hour while she helped another interested person. Not their fault!

My sister feels safe and well cared for at Brookdale. She enjoys the activities offered, and the food. her apartment is spacious and is kept clean. Her caregivers are conscientious, friendly, and timely. I would give it a number five rating.

I toured Brookdale Redmond. It was very informative, and I was impressed with the facility. It appeared to be clean, but the room size itself was a little smaller.

I toured Brookdale Redmond. Everything looked clean, and people were mingling. The staff knew everybody by name, and he was very friendly. They showed me their meal board and how it is served. It looks like a nice menu option. The facility was open and light.

My tour in Brookdale Redmond was limited only because my legs were bothering me that day and I couldn't walk that much, but I'd been there before, one other time, a couple of years ago, so I was kind of familiar with the way it was laid out and ran. It was all fives. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. No stress, no unusual noises or congestion. Joe was excellent. The dining area was roomy.
