PositiveSuch a caring and compassionate staff.
I could not ask for a better place to care for my mom. It is such a relief to not have to worry about her. I can visit anytime, they don't have special visiting hours, which some place do and it would make me feel distrustful if that was the case. I come when I am able and she's always content. What a huge stress it has taken off our entire family.

I go to Brookdale to see how my mom is doing, she has memory loss and in her upper 90's. she is well cared for, gets plenty of rest & really likes her deserts. Her room is clean & she is comfortable and feels safe. My family and I feel welcome when we visit, they have a friendly staff and I feel comfortable having her stay there. THANKS

CriticalStaff very involved with patient's care
I visit facility everyday. Have developed a relationship with patients and staff. Know who does what and when. My wife is in a wheelchair so push her around each unit and talk with other clients everyday, also push her outside so she gets some sun and fresh air, sometimes one other patient will follow along, and I am able to talk to them also. Occasionally I get a hug or touch from them so I know it is making a difference in their lives.

This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. My Uncle loved his treatment and thought he was in a hotel. He thought of the staff as his friends.
