Positive points 1. All of the staff were always friendly, helpful and caring to my 99 YO uncle. 2. Food service was good, dining room beautiful. 3. Activities were well recieved by residents who participated. My Uncle did not. 4. Transportation provided for doctors visits on specific days worked out wonderfully for me. I would meet him there and then take him back after going out for lunch. 5. Ocean House has a beautiful activity room on the 10th floor that was available for the family to gather and we celebra…

You can't beat the location. It's very expensive and a little dated. The staff is kind and I haven't heard any complaints about the food. The piano is key for my aunt. It would be nice if there was a pool for some pool therapy. The parking is a drawback. Visitors have to pay for street parking which can get expensive and at times difficult to find.
