Great place

Apartment was just the right size and had really nice natural light. The staff all knew my aunt even though she wasnt there long, they all cared for her well, you could tell everyone really cares about the people there. Management and sales were amazing, so kind and helpful, not pressuring at all. It was a bit expensive but worth every penny. Although my aunt did not participate in activity they had really cool ones for residents. Food was good and snacks were given out freely and some out just for convenience. It …

Excellent Facility, worth seeing

The staff was incredibly great, my aunt in law was not there long, but it was such a nice experience. We highly recommend Brookedale Troy. The general manager and sales rep were above and beyond helpful. The staff truly cared for her. I have zero complaints. Its pricey, but if you can afford it its absolutely worth every penny.

The caring staff. The warmth of the place itself. My dad loved it! Yes I would recommend it and plan to have him stay again.

My key contact was amazing. The facility is nice. I am looking more for a senior living community with a different feel. I am looking for in room bathing as my mom is a private person. Finally I am seeking more recreational activities and outings as my mom is still active.
