Very very unorganized staff staff always calling out so there’s not enough de activities person has to drive for doctors appointments. Now they got rid of the transportation person trying to save money, but we don’t have enough staff.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Brookdale. I enjoy spending time with the other residents. I enjoy going out on Alden’s. My only complain complaint is it takes the staff a long time to come and see me when I pull my call bell

Brookdale Union Park, is my choice. I made the decision to enter an assisted living facility. After research by my family and me this is a place that answered my needs best. I have not been disappointed and I can unequivocally recommend union park to anyone with similar needs. A friendly staff, a listening ear, and staff assistance occur daily. for me, this is the right place at the right time.

My review place I really enjoy my room. I really enjoy the residence spending time with them, but in the last month we have lost quite a few staff members and it feels like things are getting worse, and we are not able to get help when we need help

Level and quality of care is decreasing. Staff is downsizing so therefore the quality of care I receive is decreasing. Also the rent continues to increase and they are eliminating staff. Brookdale seems to be more about money than they are with the quality of care they are giving their residents
