I loved the place for my dad. It had everything he needed and would want He would still have his freedom. Unfortunately my dad is a vet and they were not able through the military program to help assist him in the cost. This a great place

Feels like Home

I would rate every category as a 5. Highly satisfied with her care!! Much appreciated and we worry much less about her. I especially feel when she has an issue medically they address the situation quickly and call us which we did not have with her other provider. I don't think she's participated in activities yet but did mention that she may play bingo this week. At home she was very isolated, so being around more people has benefited her well being. Caring Staff - Wonderful Facility

Awesome staff. The battle with bed bugs has been a deal. Not their fault, but it has taken a very long time and we are hopeful it is now under control. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale. Regardless, of this hiccup, which they are working on, we do believe the people and program are great.

Perfect place for Great Grandpa

The overall experience has been a 5 hands down. All staff have been helpful and accommodating as well as watchful to his needs for a 93 year old man. The staff communicates frequently with us which has been a blessing. He loves the food and shows up early for every meal. A nice community

Although its assisted living, it is safer to me than normal assisted living, being that it's a locked unit. You can't get in or out without a staff member opening the door. My grandma has early dementia, so that's perfect for her. She has the freedom of assisted living, but the safety of a memory care type unit so she can't wander out if it came to that. Devoted care and peace of mind.

The facility is always clean and well maintained. Everyone of the staff is fabulous. I have never seen a place so devoted to the care of your loved one. They communicate all items pertaining to your loved one. No decision is ever made without your permission. I find this very comforting. I wouldn't trust my mother in law any where else.
