friendly staff. Good non-traditional model.

For an independent person this is great. The cottage is nice and spacious. Upon moving in in there were some issues but the staff was great, nice and communicative.

Small but appears well run and kept in a very nice area for access to lots of commerce. We did not see the inside of the independent living condos but looked nice from outside.

I had a great experience with the whole staff. They are very pleasant , helpful. The place is immaculate, the food delicious. I felt like I was surrounded by my own family. When you need some repairs, their handyman is responsible and is able to solve any issues.

My mom has moved into Brookdale Wekiwa Springs. They have a lot of people there who seem friendly enough. We were comfortable with them, and the other seniors who were there were comfortable with them as well. They have a dining facility, which was good, and so she feels like a home away from home, in other words. The people were very forthcoming. I haven't tried the food, but my sisters did, and they liked it. So they enjoyed themselves. They said it's pretty nice. It's quiet. My mom has her own roo…

The person that showed my around was very pushy. The way she was trying to get me to sign the paperwork right then and there. I fell very intimidated. Trying hard to rent me a room with conditions that just didn't feel right.
