I toured this facility on [date removed] and was very pleased. The manner in which my daughter and I were greeted, immediately gave us both a very comfortable feeling. A Perfect Home for my Sister

I have found Brookdale Senior living to be an ideal place for my sister [name removed] to live during this time in her life. When she arrived there on [date removed], she was welcomed by the staff, who were waiting by the doorway with a welcome sign. The staff is attentive to her needs. She gets her prescribed medication on time. Her room is a single room with a bathroom and a shower and a microwave. Great place for Assisted Living

Staff are professional and caring, variety of activities, food is good to fair, and studio apartment is the right size for my mother-in-law. Medical staff are attentive and professional. Beautiful wooded setting.

The administrative staff is nice and the overall appearance of the community is very nice. Yes, I would recommend Brookdale West Orange community to other families based on the experience so far.

Not the Best but Better than Some

Some of the employees were very nice, some of them were just awful. The food was so so. My mother would've preferred fresh ingredients The activities were nice. The place seemed clean.
