CriticalThe owner Maggie was a delight, very professional & polite. This house was very cold temperature wise and the other staff members did not appear to be terribly attentive to the residents. The other residents were sweet but Mom would not fit in at this AFH. It was very neat and clean, the rooms were quite small though. My sister & I did not really like the location as the house was in downtown Kent between two sets of railroad tracks. The roads were very rough.
