I am giving a personal review of an employee, Jane is very attentive to her patients and their needs, she is always so cheerful and happy and that is important when you are healing and hurting, I am a patient here and am so happy when I hear her voice and see here come around the corner, it's been 2 days of happiness with her, I hope I get to see Jane when she works and she is my CNA again.

I will give you so many more stars, and a better rating if you had more employees like Jane. I do not know her last name, but she is the only CNA that responds in a timely manner to our lights or if we call and we really need help she’s there, she’s very caring and upbeat. I am very allergic to fish to the point of anaphylaxis. My mother was in Brookside Healthcare Center for rehab. It was not a good experience. They would not follow her medications so she ended up having a breakdown and being hospitalized. Even with continuous calls they wouldn't answer the phone. They would never give us a nurse or the doctor. It was too many patients per staff ratio. The rooms accomodate two to three patients they are kept clean and orderly - no debrie on the floor and the bathroom between rooms is also clean although my sister-in-law did not use that facility as she had no blatter control so she had to wear diapers with multiple times a day. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasent, Anna seemed to like everyone and they all liked her, from the RN's to the cleaning people. My mother-in-law went to Brookside Healthcare Center. Everybody there was really nice and super helpful. The place was clean. Julie, the social worker that we worked with, was very helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with it. They put three people in each room, which my mother-in-law didn't like, but the rooms were still nice. They have a beauty salon, physical therapy room, and activities for people to do during the week.

I visited Brookside Healthcare Center and it was very nice. I did like the dining area and I met the chef. They have a weight room. I did not like that it is multiple stories, and you have to take an elevator up and down to go where you want to go. I think it's very confusing for an elderly person, and they can get lost easily. It was clean, friendly, and they were very attentive.
