★★★★★
PositiveThe food is just ok, but we LOVE Brookstone Estates. My loved one is very happy there. The staff are all very nice, she loves most of them.
★★★★★
PositiveI highly recommend this assisted living. The saff is amazing from the front office all the way down to the cna and kitchen staff. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond and work so well together as a team. I couldn't be happier with Brookstone.
★★★★★
PositiveWe love the staff. Everyone is so nice and loving to granny. We definitely picked the right place. It felt more like home and it's a Medicad facility so she can stay if she were to run out of money. [name removed] is very knowledgeable and helpful and so is [name removed] It was the best one we toured.
★★★★★
PositiveToured the community looking for assisted living. Was greeted when walked into building by the executive director, offered a beverage, or fresh baked cookies. New updates to the building. Residents were up front playing cards and listening to music. Had a nice tour and was not pressured. Staff answered all my questions.
★★★★★
CriticalOn my tour I discovered they were not a fit because they didn't have a thickener for her drinks. She also needs help cutting up her meats. She would have to be able to do everything on her own, a more independent place and she did belong with the community.
★★★★★
PositiveThey do a really good job. It's very clean and very friendly. They are caring and attentive. During the time I was there, I was very pleased with the director and assistant director, Robin, and Kathy. They were very accommodating, they were able to look at the situation and make some adjustments. I am very appreciative of their help, and their ability to make decisions.
