New owners are horrific

This is an independent living facilities so no care services provided. No activities are provided unless initiated by the residents. Management is not friendly and would prefer not to interact with us. Ever. This would have been 4 star prior to January 2020 when the facility was sold. The new owners and their managers are horrific. There is almost no communication of changes that affect us, nearly everything we do get is written in a threatening way, and we are treated like 5 year old inmates. We received a 20 pa…
