We are very pleased with the wonderful care our mom is receiving at the Bungalows. Next best thing to home. They love her and help her in so many ways. They help us coordinate all her medications and care.

I would say 5 on all of the above. The Bungalows really went out of their way to make Mum feel welcome. The facility is so clean and the staff very friendly. Mum really enjoyed herself and made friends quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

They are a very active community. Lots of opportunities of different varieties to get out and interact with others in the community. They are also very willing to schedule something tailored to a specific resident so they can share their interests with the group. The staff is attentive and genuinely caring to the residents.

What stood out... The staff is friendly, seems to know and keep up with residents. Everyone is wiling to help and provide information. We especially think [name removed] is excellent as Activities Coordinator. The facility is clean and orderly. The residents appear happy and comfortable in the environment.
