PositiveThe staff is very friendly and accommodating though they seem to be short staffed. The dining experience could be improved, again they seem to be short staffed as it takes quite a while to get food to the table, sometimes it is not very hot. Unfortunately they lost their chef and the meals are not quite as tasty.

PositiveMy sister is at Camarillo Senior Living. Everybody seemed like they were very kind, and the price was better than most. They also have a lot of activities there for the residents. She is on their assisted living side. I would like to have her apartment downstairs, because she's on the second floor, but that's fine. It's not huge, but she also doesn't need a huge place because there are so many things to do that she doesn't need to stay in a room. They have bingo and movie nights. They have …

PositiveThe staff is very accommodating, they have a lot of excursions my mom likes to go on. Food is good for the most part and the head chef is open to listening to feedback. Room size would be fine if she didn't want to bring everything from her 3 bedroom house.

PositiveIm a 56 year old male. In the last 16 months, I've had 3 strokes, so I needed to move into an assisted living home. Im lucky, I chose Camarillo senior living. I get excellent care here by people who really care. I can't think of a single time that I asked for something that someone didn't help me through whatever the situation was. It's very nice here. It's both clean and quiet. Heck, even the cleaning lady is super friendly and asks you how you are. I may need an assisted living place for …

PositiveThe move in for my 55 year-old son who is a stroke victim was easy. There is an elevator right by the front door that can be utilized for taking up room furnishings. The maintenance department is timely when handling a few electrical questions we had. Noisy a/c was replaced same day. The nursing staff and nurses aids are very accommodating, and if they are not able to come immediately, they are apologizing as they come in the room. There is a snack room on the second floor where my son is that has a refrigerator…

PositiveI am very pleased with this facility and the care they are giving my Mom. Highly recommend them. Very warm and happy atmosphere. Lovely dining room with restaurant style dining. Or can order to be served in the room. Staff are very friendly and considerate.
