I am very comfortable here at the Cambridge Senior Living Rice Lake community. The staff members are very friendly, they welcomed my small old, well behaved, non-shedding dog. Also the food that is prepared is satisfactory.

We've chosen Cambridge Senior Living - Rice Lake for my dad. The main reason for choosing them was because they are very clean, meticulous, updated, and it just looked very inviting. The staff was very welcoming. Overall, it just reminded me of a five-star hotel. The rooms were big. The facility has 4 different wings. They were very accommodating in answering all my questions. I like how Cambridge Senior Living Rice Lake took a lot of time to explain their services and how they operate. They also let us do a guest lunch with the potential residents and family residents (that is, a lunch with other residents). I like their concept, the way that they laid out the separate units, and the openness in the common areas for people to gather both informally and formally.
