All is well thank you for your support. She is stable and cared for at nice activities and facilities is. Clean. It's very nice.

Disappointed

Very negative, unhappy, and unprofessional administrator (when shes even around). The culture of the building has changed due to this. A lot of staff turnover rate which means zero consistency. Truly disappointing this is acceptable.

Staff seem completely miserable due to toxic administration. Every time I come to the building, another staff member is leaving to go to another Harmony. Admin talks low of staff behind their back and lacks a lot of important emotions to work with such a vulnerable population. Very sad to see.

So far so good

So far place is great. We're happy with everything about it. Everybody's friendly and helpful.

As a professional partner in the elder care field, I have the privilege of working with many communities, and Harmony Village at CareOne at Hanover Township stands out. Much of that is due to the leadership of Executive Director [name removed]. [name removed] leads with both professionalism and compassion. She has created a culture where staff are engaged, responsive, and aligned in putting residents’ needs first. When I collaborate with her team, communication is seamless, and there is a genuine sense of partners…

I toured this community and was overall not impressed. Everything told to us seemed scripted or made to feel you are getting some deal. The setup reminds me of a hospital rather than an assisted living. The place smelled good which is how it should be. Staff did not look very happy, were on their phones, and the administrator has a very negative presence. We felt very uncomfortable.
