The facility is clean. Staff very friendly and approachable. My Dad is properly sponge-bathed, fed with very good food and escorted. My only feedback is that not everything was shared upfront on how daily routine is enforced. And my Dad was quickly assessed to be senile. That required him to be in Memory ward and none of that was discussed as a possibility and the additional costs. CareOne at Parsippany Assisted Living is a very nice place. We toured their nursing home, and it would have been our next choice if it had been more convenient for us. We probably would have chosen it for my father. They have one of the best rooms, dining areas, recreation areas, physical therapy areas, and outdoor areas of all the ones that we saw. The staff member who assisted us during the tour was very nice and very friendly. The facility is also very clean.

We were referred to Care One Parsippany, NJ, Assisted Living, by our helper at A Place For Mom. We wanted to compare it to another facility close to our home. Mom moved in 4 days ago and is thriving. Participating in several activities, making friends and at this stage in her life happy to see lots of other folks using mobility devices like she is. I should tell you that my mother-in-law passed away last [date removed] The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were very responsive to our needs and warm and caring. My mother-in-law was in memory care, and those people who work there are angels on earth! I would absolutely recommend care one in Parsippany.

The head of nursing was fantastic. Sorry I don't remember her name. Other nurses were also very good. The director also went beyond expectations to address [name removed] concerns and in general was very friendly and helpful. The dining set up was conducive to meeting other clients and [name removed] actually made a few very good friends. In fact that was the highlight for her. Although others may have different experiences I would definitely recommend this facility for short or long term care.
