CriticalThis place is DISGUSTING, FILTHY AND THE BEDS AND FURNITURE ARE OLD. My bathroom was NEVER CLEANED. I was there for 3 weeks for pt/ot which was great. The therapists were caring and really help a lot. I was able to get to the bathroom on my own with a walker. Most of the nurses were great as well as the aides. But, some were very rough handling the patients and left them sometimes waiting for over an hour to go to the bathroom. They are understaffed and usually only one nurse on duty. I was told there was supposed …

CriticalThis place used to be nice. The last year my mom was there it went downhill real fast. They would leave her in bed because they were short staffed. I would find bruises on her and when I asked they would say they didn’t know how it happened. She had a huge black eye one day but they stuck to the same story they did t know. One of the nurses said she could have hit herself in the eye. Ridiculous, one day she had a big bloody scratch on the top of her head. Same answer as before. Not very caring there. DO NOT PUT ANY…

PositiveMy aunt has been in Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I found both times that they were quite attentive. With COVID now, they made a different set of rules for everything, so you won't get the kind of attention that you originally did. But I would recommend Carillion because the staff was great and the care was good. It was well-staffed and they were very kind. I thought that the staff was well-informed and transparent. The food was just alright, she didn't like the food too much because it wasn…

PositiveCarillon Nursing is fine, and they talked to her. My mother shares a room with someone else. It’s not a great setup, but it is OK. They have the bingo and games. They celebrate Christmas and birthdays. You have to sign in to go in, it’s clean, and the nurses answer our questions when we call. Everybody worked well with us, and she is OK where she is.

PositiveThey were great. They sat us down, and told us what they were going to do for rehab. A week or two later, they brought us back and gave us a progress report. The only thing is we had to ask for layman's terms. They were very good, and wouldn't let him stay in bed all day. It's a little bit older of a building, and it could use a coat of paint, but they do good with what they have. The staff was great, my mom loved them, and trusted them, and she felt comfortable leaving him there at night. .

CriticalMy mom seemed to like it. They're in the process of updating it. They kept it all clean but it was just outdated. I wasn't in the nursing home part, just the rehab. My mom was there and the care was good. She seemed to like it. When she was there she wanted to get her own place but now that she's in her own place, she realizes she should have stayed there.
