CriticalI was taken by the beauty. I applied and was offered two cottages-the least expensive buy ins. Though assets covered buy in and fees, I was denied at the last minute as I am 76 and they consider the worst case scenario--endless nursing and assisted living/underage. I was deeply mislead by the Sales Director. In other words, while 5x assets seems sufficient, do not waste your time at my age unless you have 3 million plus. I am hurt, wasted months of time and deeply disappointed.

I have been in this place often and found that a lot of people who went to my church were living there.
