CriticalI am a neighbor. they run very loud leaf blowers almost every day. They used to have their garbage picked up at three in the morning, until they were forces to stop. With all the pollution and noise they inflict on the neighborhood, I can't believe they care about their patient. I don't know how anyone could get decent rest in a place like that.

CriticalShockingly bad experience. Stay away. My dad needed a rehab for about 2 months following surgery. We had heard good things about Carlyle House from people who had been there pre-Covid, so we were happy when he was placed there. Unfortunately, our experience there did not live up to the pre-Covid comments. The food is terrible. Cold and over-cooked. A ham and cheese sandwich (one slice each) or a peanut butter sandwich is not a sufficient dinner. My father is diabetic, but sugar packets consistently showed up on his…

CriticalZero communication. Calls to social worker and director never returned. Did not give my dad his prescribed medications which ended with him being hospitalized for 2 weeks. At the hospital they found a horrible skin infection that was being ignored at Carlyle. They also lost his wheelchair. Stay away from this facility.

CriticalThis place is terrible. The staff doesn't bother to help patients. Some were asking for help and the staff completely ignored the them. The apathy of the employees was the worst I had ever seen. Your loved ones deserve better.

★★★★★
CriticalPlease, if you can bring your loved one to another facility. The "caretakers" are short-staffed and the ones there don't seem to care about the patients at all. Too many to a room, no sanitary precautions are in place. There are not even phones for patients. The patients are completely at the whim of the facility and it is clear to see those who work there want to keep it that way. When someone is bedridden and cannot call a loved one, it only creates deeper depression and hopelessness. People don&ap…
