PositiveI would say most everything has been a 5. We have had to tweak a few things since he moved in. My father is 100 years old and has been with family, so it has been different for him. Everyone has been so friendly and kind. They have lots of activities, but he is not one to go to a lot. I would say it is good value for the money.

PositiveCarolina Reserve of Hendersonville looks very nice. We're very happy with them. The accommodation is typical. My wife has a bed, a chair, and a bathroom. The one negative is she had a roommate for a while that was stealing her blind, but the roommate has been moved out to someplace else because she was doing that. That's the only negative I can see. She's now in a room by herself. The meals look adequate, and she seems to do all right with the meals. They have a day room with a lot of sofas and chair…

PositiveMy mother is at Carolina Reserves of Hendersonville in the memory care unit right now, and she seems to be settling in there. Everything has been very helpful. They worked with us to get her there. It's been great. The staff is attentive. She's very comfortable there, and she has plenty of room. Everything looks updated, updated flooring, and updated painting. It's very clean. I went to an ice cream social and I observed the Veteran's Day ceremony and part of a bingo game.

PositiveI found the staff to be very helpful when needed. The one item that I had an issue with, was my Uncle was placed in the Memory Care Unit as he failed their test by one question. I spoke to the Administrator about this and redoing the test. Of which they didn't persue. The longer he was in there the more obvious it became he was 100% misplaced ! Anyway, I can't remember how many months he was at the facility before he passed. He really died of a broken heart resulting in medical issues popping up. His wife (my aunt)…

PositiveWe liked Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville. It was a nice clean place. The room we looked at had just been vacated, so it hadn't been cleaned and repainted. We didn't particularly like the location of that room, but it was all they had right then.
