Criticalthis facility consistantly lets medications run out, leaving the resident to suffer withdrawals, cannot take simple manual blood pressures and the RCC is sorely unqualified and incompetent to communicate to doctors , family or the resident themselves , i have asked for an investigation from the State of NC , please thoroughly check into before placing your family or friend here

CriticalIF you place anyone here, be prepared to advocate and oversee all of their medical needs, senior staff is incompetent and underqualified , let medications run out, cannot take simple vitals manually and the RCC goes to the resident and leaves any and all issues in their lap, this place needs a complete overhaul of senior staff

PositiveThe director was very nice and informative. The place was clean and everyone we met seemed really nice. The rooms were two bedroom suites with a common area in the middle that slept two to each room. They were very spacious and the furniture was provided. They seemed to have plenty of activities and the menu was wonderful. They had good ratings by the state and all in all they seemed like they ran things very efficiently and took pride in their work. I think my mother will do well here.

They contacted me several times, telling me they were the only ones who accepted medicaid. Thank Goodness, my mother does not require that. Driving in, it's located near a prison so there's signs saying how far away the prison is. I walked in to the lobby they was one plastic covered couch and nobody to help you or greet you or even a desk to ask questions. I didn't even want to…
