The nurses are fantastic and my loved one is in great care! Unfortunately the customer service with Kendra at the front desk was horrible! She hung up on me and raised her voice at me when I asked her a very simple question about scheduling. Going even further, I attempted to report this to a higher up as I felt though the customer service was not okay. I was more so brushed off by this higher up person. My mother came to Cascades at Riverwalk very weak and couldn't do anything for her self. Over the next 3 weeks she had the care and help she needed to become independent and confident. The therapy there was very friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you for Yvonne, Tinelle and Becky for making it so wonderful.
