My wife has been a resident for over 4 months. I don’t think there’s a better place for her. Most of the staff are very nice. My only criticism is that there aren’t enough staff to feed people at meal time. My wife eats with her hands and requires assistance. I often visit during meals so that I can help.

The Willows is very clean and the housekeeping service is great. My parent's really appreciate the shuttle bus trips to the store every week. They have a large one bedroom apartment with the walk in closet. It is just the right size for two people who have just downsized from a larger home. The people there all seem very friendly. One improvement that would be beneficial to the residents is to include internet service in the rent but overall, The Willows is a good value for the money. Yes, I would definitely recomm…

Positive5 Star Experience.
5 on all of them. We are extremely happy with The Cascades. Mom is very happy there, the staff has been amazing at all levels. Kind, helpful, cheerful. Her room feels cozy and she is cared for well by the staff. She is happy, so we are happy. There is always something fun happening that she is delighted to participate in and she also seems very happy with the food. All around it's been an excellent experience and the transition went about as well as I could imagine.
