The room size is perfect. It's dual closets. The staff has been very cooperative and helpful. I'm allowing a family member to eat with my brother-in-law each meal if necessary till he feels comfortable the cleaning lady has already come by his apartment. She was very sweet and obliging kimberly the main staff person we've been talking to has been more than helpful and accommodating any different things that [name removed] says needed since he's arrived so overall it's been a very great experience so far hope that h…

Staff at the Cascade, the Point are kind, helpful and observant. They never hesitate to contact me if they have a concern about my uncle. The size of his room and shared bathroom are large but very comfortable and sufficient. Over all I am please with their care.

Staff very friendly, but right now short staffed. Facility waiting for new activities director to start. Mom loves the games they do, especially Bingo. She usually loves the food that is served. She's commented on the beautiful Christmas lights they can see through the huge windows while they eat. Facility is open, bright & cheerful. She has also enjoyed a day trip planned for residents. Hopefully more of those when activities director starts.

The facility looks nice however the upkeep of the rooms is lacking. Overhead light bulbs, running toilets are not getting repaired or replaced. The food is lacking in taste, variety. Snacks are not left out as they tell you they are or they just leaves crackers out. Most of the staff is nice however management here is awful. He talks about how compassionate he is yet shows just the opposite. He changes procedures if he can and then charge you for it. He shut out wifi off with no notice to anyone. The residents are …
