I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom is at Castro Village Care Home at the moment. It's a good place for her. The difficulty for her is that she is still adjusting and her not being able to walk. She just stopped walking in May of 2020, so we moved her to a board and care in September. It hasn't been even a year yet before she went from a 1-bedroom independent living apartment to a 1-room unit in a home.
