PositiveHad a great visit to your facility! I want to live there!?? It has great atmosphere & everyone seemed so nice & happy! [name removed] was great when we visited. She made it feel like one big happy family! I think my sister & I made a new friend! Hope all works out for our brother to join you! Thanks so much!

CriticalMy loved one loves her one bedroom room and it has a reasonable view (not just a parking lot). This is NOT a studio style. She has a living area with a kitchenette including a refrigerator and microwave with a separate bedroom (and a nice bathroom). There was no physical move in assistance. Like most any place, there are good staff and not so good staff. Housekeeping is fair. Meals are not good. Family meals are not at all worth $8.00. The food is not the correct temperature and is poor quality. A serving of canned…

PositiveMy mother lived at Cedar Creek of Washington for about 7 months until she passed away. She was extremely happy there and called it home. The staff was always friendly and treated her that she was a family member. The food was delicious and generous portion sizes. We toured other places before making the decision and my sister, my mom and I said i…

PositiveWe looked at a few other facilities, but I remembered I had family friends that had loved ones at Cedar Creek. My wife and I took a unscheduled tour on a Saturday afternoon and were so pleased we did. Pricing was reasonable, all staff are friendly, and the location was perfect for us. From the tour to my mother-in-law moving in has been nothing but good! I was always worried about her falling at home and us not knowing that she was laying there. It would keep me up at night. Anytime she wouldn't answer the phone, w…

PositiveThe staff are so nice, its hard to believe! I like my apartment, it is just the right size and they keep it clean so I don't have to. I like the view from my apartment because I can see people coming and going. The community cleanliness is great. The meals are good, too big to complete sometimes!
