The staff has been friendly and helpful. They made the transition easy and safe. The apartment was clean, but the windows are inoperable, and my mother cannot open them by herself. I am also unhappy with the fact that they raised her rent so soon after she moved in and have reduced the amount of food they are giving them at each meal. It is disappointing. We have also had issues with things breaking in her apartment. The first night there, the showerhead fell off. Since then, her stove broke, and she was not able…
