PositiveA nice place to live
Staff are very friendly and courteous. Food is very good with good choices. Apartment is extremely nice. Activities are great. Since my friend started living there, I try to stop by and visit at least once a week. Everyone that I've had interaction with has been most courteous, helpful, and kind. Of all the facilities that we visited I think this one was the best choice.

PositiveI was touring with my elder cousin. She was having a rough day, but staff paid special attention to address her anxieties and concerns. She has many dietary restrictions and the dietitian prepared a dinner on the fly for her, then sat with my cousin for quite awhile to learn more about her food sensitivities, and set out a plan of how they could work together to best meet her dietary needs and wants. They oversold the care they can provide. The staff are very sweet but they seemed short staffed. I rarely saw an activities happening. The apartment was a nice size. Communication with the ED was poor. Communication with the DON was good. He liked the food. It's a good place for people who don't need a lot of assistance.

Nice people but management changed 3x in 6 months. They took money out of dads account without authorization even after he was no longer there for multiple months. He fell out of bed and had a subdural hematoma. He laid on floor for unknown length of time. Other facilities have motion sensor alarms that have to be canceled in room. I would highly recommend that feature
