CriticalThis place is horrid. It's decorated nicely (probably due to it being new) but isn't kept well. The nurses treat the patients and visitors like they are dealing with EVERYDAY issues, and it makes no difference to them. Michelle on the second floor was ridiculous each day we went to visit my parent. She was constantly talking about her private issues and had a VERY unprofessional and nasty attitude all day. My parent's bridge, cell phone, and clothing items were missing daily, and she wasn't able to walk. Now that s…

CriticalDo not place loved ones here. They isolate them, doctors don't actually take care of the patient and notice when something is wrong, staff are rude and complacent. You ask a question and they never know the answer, they never callback back, they don't listen to family. Sure the place is pretty and clean but that is all they have going for them. Could not waited to transfer my family out of there.

PositiveMy parent recently had a stay at Eden Hill, The Center. The facility is clean and has a positive presence. The food was to her liking and the physical therapy was modern and encouraging. Although shorthanded, the staff was knowledgeable and tirelessly performed duties beyond belief. The personnel we encountered were courteous and kind. They were understanding and personal to our needs. The staff on the second floor were even-tempered and appeared to be emotionally attached to their patients. Nurse Michelle was phen…

PositiveI liked the Center At Eden Hill, Llc because the rooms are very large, and their cleanliness is good. My mom has had short stays in their nursing home in the past. I loved the nurses there because they all knew my mom. They were all very generous all the time, and everybody there called her mom. The physical therapy section there is very large. Her rehabs were always to help restrengthen her ability with her legs, and occupational and physical therapy. It's also to help with her breathing because of congestive…

PositiveMy father was in Center At Eden Hill for rehab. They were wonderful. Very caring, very personable, and very respectful. They were just awesome. I would recommend it. I recommended it to two of my friends who also had their parents needing rehab, and they both went there as well. The food was great too. They cater to them, so in the event he wanted something different, they would go get it for them. They were over the top with respect to accommodating. Very clean, and very professional. Downstairs was gorgeous, all …
