Facility is clean and attractive but care is marginal. Pain meds were not given as told. They depended on the patient with dementia to come ask for pain meds (she never remembered to do that!) and it was supposed to be scheduled each night. NO RECORDS were ever given to us about what our patient received or didn’t receive during the night. The head nurse (?) or any charge nurse was impossible to find on weekends. This place costs $700/night for close to no care. Keep looking. There are better places for your loved …

The language Barrier, also few didn’t have as caring of a nature as I thought , I’m 65, had a hip replacement, and I’m there to get back on my feet , treat the personal with dignity, it’s humiliating waiting up to a hour on bedpans, and commodes!! I think some just look at it as a job , not as if this was me laying there how would I like to be treated

My husband was a resident at Center at Lowry. This place was very disappointing for me. It was very clean, very nice. People were friendly, but I did not feel that he really was treated as well as he could have been. I had been there as long as five hours one time and not a soul came into his room, and he's bedridden. They lost all of his clothes, a whole week's supply of clothing.
