I think just taking the time to speak with as many people as possible about the facility under consideration and not being afraid to ask questions and reach out for help. We chose it because of the rroximity to where I live, recommendations from others, impressions of physical space, the staff/people.

Peace of Mind

Great staff and capacity. They provide a means to keep your loved ones safe and offer up some peace of mind.

We had a virtual tour with Chapel Heights and I thought they did a great job. I really liked the facility and was going to push my loved one to go here, but they had a covid outbreak and we were on a very strict timeline so that shifted our decision. We had to find something within a week so we ended up choosing another facility. Overall they did a great job here and the person who did the virtual tour with us was great about following up with us after the fact.

Would Recommend

It's not a huge community. It makes it easier to get to know each other there. My loved one enjoys a few of their activities such as: painting and exercise classes. They offer a variety of meals and choices. She said the food is good.

Good place for loved ones

The friendliness of the staff members and their care services would be 10 stars, and so far our loved one has not complained about the meals. From what we have seen of the food it looks pretty good. The activities are still somewhat limited due to the covid restrictions.
