CriticalMy husband was to be admitted today and when we arrived to check in the nurse rolled her eyes like we were bothering her. When we finally got to talk to her she was very rude the smell was horrible and the room was so dirty they said they would have to find a different room so without hesitation we left and will not be back I would never recommend this place to anyone

PositiveChateau Napoleon Caring takes good care of my father. The rooms are spacious and inviting. My father seems to be eating his meals, so the food is good. They have bingo, but I'm not aware of any other activities, because my father is not able to participate in them. They do their laundry and they have individualized enrichment. They're expensive, but they do a lot of work, and so the cost is worthwhile.
