My mom was a resident there last year and was treated very bad. She is completely in her right mind and they didn’t like that she knew and told when she didn’t get the care she deserved. I visited this facility

We went to a place called Cherry Springs. We were not impressed at all. We didn't feel like it was clean enough, and it was crowded. The only thing that I would say is the best thing about it was that it was secure. You couldn't just walk in. They had to come and unlock the door for you. But we weren't crazy about it. People there smoked, too. With regard to the staff that gave the tour, instead of her kind of volunteering, I had to ask a lot of questions. The office was messy and crowded and she was…

Inhumane treatment

My Dad had major hernia surgery and they only gave him regular Tylenol for pain management. He has staples in his stomach and just let him writhe in pain. Looking for a better facility to place him in.

Best Assisted Living around

The entry process was smooth and easy. The Executive Director, the Business Manager, and the Head Nurse were superb and each answered all of our questions with a smile and get it done attirude. The transition for my wife was made easy by the always smiling staff. As with any life style change there will be some issues that need to be resolved. All of these were handled in a loving and professional way. They serve 3 meals a day and three snacks a day. The food is wholesome and good and all the staff helps out, even …

This seemed like a nice community when I visited. The people I met were nice. They do allow pets and seem to offer some nice activities.

I moved my mom into Cherry Springs about 2 months ago and it has been great so far. She was living at home with me and I started to feel I was doing her an injustice as I juggled my family and her care. Since moving in she has gotten involved in activities been more social and just seems overall happy. It is an older building but the staff is fantastic as you can tell they are truly caring and attentive.
