CriticalThis is a TERRIBLE facility. We had one nurse who was absolutely incredible, Thomas., and one OT who was lovely. Unfortunately these two have to take care of more patients than they can manage so if you are expecting even just basic care, you will not get it, without providing your own patient support. We ended up having to provide 24-hour coverage for my father in order to manage the situation. This was both incredibly expensive and exhausting for our family.

PositiveThey got me in Cherrydale Health Care Center because I need some kind of nursing and rehab. I came here with an IV because I have pneumonia, and I have the IV for other stuff, too. What I like best is probably the rehab people. The rooms are pretty clean. I like the way that they keep everything clean. They are adequate. Some are doubles, and some are singles. I'm not too thrilled about the doubles, though. The food is good. I like most of it. Once we had fish and some carrots, which were pretty good. We had b…

CriticalDisaster. Disgusting. Flew out to see my 92 yo brother who has been doing poorly. I practiced medicine for 45 years (Minn, Wisconsin, AZ, Calif) and I had never encountered such overt disregard for patient care and wellbeing. Unsanitary conditions. ‘Nurses’ are surly and worse than just unhelpful. Zero help for my brother sitting up or getting out of bed ……. Simply left lying and even left to lie in feces when he soiled the bed. Unable to get him a bedside commode. Never an attempt to assist him to the toilet, just…

PositiveCherrydale Health Care Center is spacious and I noticed that it has a pleasant smell to it. It doesn't have a nursing home smell to it. I found it to be clean, and my husband's room is spacious with a big window. It's a private room, too. The staff has been very friendly. I don't think they have enough to take care of the patients the way that families would want them to, but none of the facilities ever do. Overall, I think they're doing a pretty good job. I'm pleased with Cherrydale H…

PositiveEverybody is very nice at Cherrydale Health Care Center. My husband seems to like the food. The people are nice, they really are, but I guess you have to be nice in this line of work. I don't have any complaints, and I don't think he has. The place is clean, and they're available when you need them. My husband is in a double room. He certainly has enough space for himself and so does the other person. I like the idea of him having someone to talk to. On the other hand, he's so sick right now, an…

CriticalThis place is dirty. Personnel extremely rude and not willing to help on the basic needs of a patient. The environment is unhealthy and welcoming. Please do jot go to this rehabilitation center or allow your love ones to go.
