CriticalTerribly understaffed but continue to take new residents. Residents sit for hours waiting to be helped, fed and even changed. Weekends maybe 6 staff member to help 65-70 residents. Residents yelling for help from their rooms because no one answers their call button. Food options are despicable. Save your family member and go somewhere else. You will be glad you did! If I could rate this a 0 across the board I would!
★★★★★
CriticalI have heard this used to be a good facility. However, not sure if it's because there are so many agency staff members, or just because they are just concerned about money, but the care is not there. If you are a patient that needs a little extra help, do not go here. You will not be taken care of, and left for hours in soiled beds.
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very pleasant and very friendly. It's very clean.
★★★★★
PositiveThere are some super nurses that take an interest in patient. The food is good. The overall staff is friendly, on top of things, and informative.
★★★★★
CriticalChesterton Manor has been okay so far. I think their dietary menu could be better at planning and they could use a few more activities. The nursing care is average and they are understaffed so I think their response time could be better. The communication has improved.
★★★★★
CriticalI think there should be more variety with the meals.
