I am a former Army medic - I have seen good caregivers and these guys are SUPER great. I worked at an Army hospital and I know when people do not like caring for people. These people are very nice and they make my mom very comfortable - and me and my Aunt and Uncle and sister as well. It live in a big city where bad stuff happens - I thank God she’s there and not a big city place where people can be quite mean sometimes. They are all Very patient with my mom and sincere. VERY thankful she is there.

Chestnut Fields is really beautiful and it's nice in there. The rooms are really big. My sister stayed there. They have spacious rooms and they have snacks out in the open for the people. I thought it was a great place. They also had activities. The ambiance was very nice. They had a piano, and some of the guests played the piano. They had activities. That would be probably the best place that I saw. They provided nutritious food, and everything was very balanced. It's not like restaurant food; this is al…

Great place for your loved one to be. They are doing everything they can to keep the staff and residents safe during this time. The staff genuinely care for the residents. I would highly recommend Chestnut Fields.

This is a beautiful facility centrally located which is why we placed my mother there five years ago and tried so hard to work with the staff to keep her there. In the five years she lived there they have had at least 6 administrators. The last one and the current one have been the worst. They tell you everything you want to hear and follow up on nothing. Communication with direct care workers is nonexistent. My mother was often left sitting in urine soaked briefs for hours, isolated in her room alone, given anothe…

When my loved one first started with this facility 5 yrs ago it was wonderful, since that time they have totally changed. They have been thru multiple administrators and staff. They make numerous promises, care plans, and never seem to follow thru with any of them. Complaining doesn't seem to help and explanations as to why things are done are never given. Unhappy is an understatement

When my mother first started here in independent living it was wonderful. Caring staff, food, etc . Due to dementia which was beginning to worsen she was then moved to the assisted living facility on the same property. Things have gone downhill since. They have been thru numerous administrators, and staff. Most of the time they are understaffed and don't even get me started on staffing on the weekends, unbelievable.
