I would give ZERO stars if I could. The first thing you notice when you walk into this place is the stench. Everything, and I mean everything, is dirty. I would see stuff on the floor that would still be there a week later. The bathrooms were disgusting too. Whenever I would visit, I'd wash my hands 2 or 3 times when I left. The place is nasty! The entire staff consists of people that don't want to speak English. Many of them know English but, if you go to ask them a question or, to clean something, they pretend …

My mother loves her nurses at Chestnut Woods. From the ones I have met so far, I do too. I believe when she needs help or has used her call light they are coming in a reasonable amount of time. I would most definitely recommend Chestnut Woods to a friend
