I would rate Citrus Nursing Center negative because they sent Dad home with a different patient's medication. It's not clean and I don't think the staff tended to the patients there. He was in a room of three and he got sent back to the hospital because they weren't monitoring him. They weren't trying to see how he was doing and they didn't seem to listen to the family member. The food was kind of appetizing the way they served it to my dad. At that time, he was able to eat pureed food…

One of the better assisted living facilities in the Inland empire area. The cost of services was average when compared with other centers and the individual care and atention was above average. When my uncle passed away, the staff was very considerate and thoughtful and worked with our mortuary services representative to give him the dignified attention that a World War I I veteran deserved.
