CriticalSerious deficiencies in care. Serious injuries not taken to hospital in timely manner. this has happened on multiple occasions. I have not been able to receive any information regarding the nature of injuries or reasons for delayed care form the tight lipped staff. I am seriously concerned about this facility and their level of care.
