We toured Brightmore of South Charlotte. It's absolutely gorgeous, clean and well kept, and the staff was amazing. It was really nice. However, I think they may have been a little too different a type of residents than my brother-in-law would want to be around. It's more of an upscale, and he is more of a jeans and t-shirt type of guy. But I would move there! It was very upscale. It's in a much more affluent area of town. It was beautiful. We loved Brightmore of South Charlotte. They're super nice people. The facility is beautiful. It's only 11 years old or something like that, so it's very new looking. The apartments were nice. It was more expensive than the other place. It wasn't so much the expense that kept me from doing it, but the distance from my family, because it would be a good hour traffic wise to go back and forth, and I just don't want to be that far away, and they didn't want me that far away. We toured Brightmore of South Charlotte. Everything's contained in one building. I liked all the amenities it had. I liked the flexible dining plan they have. It's not a fixed amount, and you can use it when you want and you don't have to, so you have a lot of flexibility with the food plan, and I like that. Brightmore of South Charlotte was beautiful. The rooms were lovely. I looked at one of the smaller rooms, but I felt like it was spacious. They looked like they were brand-new rooms. We like Brightmore of South Charlotte very well. It has a high monthly fee but not an entry fee. It's very nice. It has a nice variety of apartments. It's small. They have about 170 residents.
